By using Caledo you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. The service

Caledo is an iOS application for managing recurring tasks, procedures and operational routines. The app is available for free with limited features and as a Premium version via monthly or annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, all managed through Apple's App Store.

2. Purchases and subscriptions

All in-app purchases (subscriptions and lifetime) are managed entirely by Apple via the App Store. Prices, renewal terms and refund policies are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions.

The Premium subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal through your Apple ID account settings.

The Lifetime purchase grants permanent access to Premium features available at the time of purchase and to future app updates.

3. Permitted use

Caledo is intended for legitimate personal and professional use. You may not:

  • Attempt to access, modify or interfere with other users' data
  • Use the app for illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or distribute the software

4. Data and availability

In the Free version, data is stored locally on your device. Caledo is not responsible for data loss resulting from uninstallation, device failure or system updates.

In the Premium version with iCloud sync enabled, data is synchronised via Apple servers. Caledo has no direct access to this data and is not responsible for any iCloud service interruptions.

5. Limitation of liability

Caledo is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or continuously available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app.

6. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time. In the event of significant changes to these Terms, we will notify you by updating this page.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.
